Plaited lamb anyone??

To me this looks like a couple of slabs of things you might find on the bottom of your shoe, when on a country walk, surrounded by what looks like pickled onions. The word "spam" springs to mind. S.P.A.M. Oh yum. This kind of makes me want to vomit... how does it make you feel?
